Meditation Training

Meditation in the workplace is about making mental space. Mental space to promote relaxation that fosters creativity and innovation. The brain requires rumination time beyond the activities of the mental mind to allow the 'other' part of the brain to do what it does best - come up with the optimum solution to the question asked. We show you how.

Reflection for Continual Improvement

The Japanese art of Kaizen, continual improvement requires reflection time and contemplation. Setting time aside each day, to review the days proceedings in a structured approach will see your staff approach each day with a willingness to practice. Here is what Tim Ferris has to say about meditation.

Contemplation & Rumination Time

One of the greatest challenges we face today is being too busy to think!  A vital, important part of agility in business is freeing up your brain space to allow you time to think, consider, learn and grow.  Working at a sustainable pace is all about buillding that time into our schedules to allow us as knowledge workers to think and grow.

Improved Team Relationships

Self-Awareness through the ability to self-regulate makes for improved work relationships, and allows us to develop empathy.  When we are able to work with our presence, and attention, it becomes possible to maintain our self-awareness all the time.

Quieting the Busy Mind

This amazing piece of equipment we call the Brain, took 1000's years to evolve and now we wish to stop our thoughts. I show you how we work alongside mind traffic, to train the mind to a point where you can bring your mind to serve you.
